Legal Exemptions 

Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. RCM Workshop remains liable where law prohibits exemption. 

Refund and Cancellation  

In the event that we are unable to provide services for an extended period due to certain circumstances, clients shall be entitled to a refund, or the invoice will not be generated for that specific period. Alternatively, at the client’s request, the payment can be reflected as an adjustment in the upcoming month’s invoice.  

RCM Workshop offers a 30‑day termination clause that may be exercised by the client at any time, with or without cause. Cancellation requires written notice at least 30 days prior to the intended exit date.
