About Engagement & Pricing
Our Medical Billing Services are Tailored to Your Business
At our core, we recognize that every business, including yours, has unique needs and expectations. Before we propose any solutions, we invest the time to truly understand your requirements and critical success factors in your billing process. This deep understanding allows us to design a solution that not only addresses your concerns but also meets your expectations. Our engagement model, which is transparent and non-binding, is founded on the belief that a long-term partnership is built on trust and value addition. We are confident in our team’s ability to provide maximum value to your business through our expertise, dedication, and standardized service delivery approach.
Our Model
Our Engagement Model
Our engagement model covers all aspects of the service agreement, including duties, commitments, regulatory requirements, tasks, duration, and service levels. We employ Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Statements of Work (SOW) to define the scope of work, key deliverables, and various performance metrics, such as productivity level, turnaround time, and accuracy. Our goal is to avoid any misinterpretation of the essential parameters of our engagement plan. Our billing associates typically work on a dedicated basis for our clients. However, when the volume of work is low, they work on a shared resource basis. We understand that different clients may have varying preferences and requirements. Thus, we offer flexible engagement models with four options for medical billing works.
Dedicated Team Model
Through this model, a full time employee (FTE) works dedicatedly as an extended arm of your team. With this model you have the option of choosing an hourly rate for the FTE or you can pay a flat fee per month for the FTE you engage for your works.
Transaction Based Model
This is a variation of Dedicated Team model where we charge based on per transaction basis. The FTE works mostly as a dedicated resource but for low volume works. Here too, the FTE(s) works as an extended arm of your practice setup.
Outcome Based Model
With this model, we offer to charge a fee as a percentage of your revenue collection. Billers working under this engagement model are mostly dedicated to your process and work as an extended team.
Hybrid Model
Hybrid model is a mix of other three engagement models where you have the options of engaging a Biller on a full time basis for some processes while engaging other Biller(s) under a transaction based or outcome based model.

It depends on the type of process tasks a Biller is engaged to perform. For example, rate per transaction for AR Follow-up differs with the rate of Coding works. We assure that it will be equally competitive like Monthly Fixed Fee or an Hourly Rate.
Collection based Fee
This will be as competitive as other standard fees of ours but will vary depending on the type of process (Full Service Medical Billing vs. only Accounts Receivable).
